At Hands of Darna, we deeply value the support of our donors. Because your contributions help fund charitable programs, all donations made through our website are final and non-refundable unless there is a technical error or issue with the transaction.

Donations are voluntary contributions to support our programs (Education, Health, Homeless Support, Women & Children, etc.).
Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be refunded.
If you believe a donation was processed in error, please contact us immediately.
2. Merchandise (If Applicable)
For physical items sold through our store (e.g., t-shirts, mugs), standard WooCommerce refund rules apply.
Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
