At Hands of Darna, we deeply value the support of our donors. Because your contributions help fund charitable programs, all donations made through our website are final and non-refundable unless there is a technical error or issue with the transaction.

1. Donations

  • Donations are voluntary contributions to support our programs (Education, Health, Homeless Support, Women & Children, etc.).

  • Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be refunded.

  • If you believe a donation was processed in error, please contact us immediately.

2. Merchandise (If Applicable)

  • For physical items sold through our store (e.g., t-shirts, mugs), standard WooCommerce refund rules apply.

  • Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

3. How to Request Assistance

Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

  • Hands of Darna may update this Refund Policy at any time.

  • The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

  • Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

Note: Because this is a charity, the primary rule is “donations are non-refundable”, but merchandise or event tickets (if offered) may follow standard WooCommerce refund practices.
